Sabah Fest presents AGOP – The Heritage of Sabah's Caves

Travel back in time and delve into the stories and legends surrounding Sabah's caves through AGOP – this year's Sabah Fest presentation. The musical performance AGOP will be held from 1st to 3rd of May at the Auditorium of Kompleks JKKN Sabah at 8:00pm. This three-day event will also highlight Sabah's rich cultural heritage through a handicraft and traditional food showcase from 4:00pm to 10:00pm at the venue's grounds.

Sabah Fest is the perfect time to see Sabah's talented craft-makers and artisans at work. Visit Kadaiku – Sabah Souvenirs and Handicraft at Sinsuran Complex in Kota Kinabalu throughout the month of May and meet weavers, bead makers, musicians and artists from around Sabah. You can also purchase art pieces and uniquely Sabahan crafts during the exhibiton. Also witness the Sabah Fest 2015 Pocket Shows at various shopping malls and locations namely Centre Point Sabah, Suria Sabah, Oceanus Waterfront Mall, City Mall, Sabah Museum and Kota Kinabalu International Airport.

During these performances which I was invited for the media preview, I was fixed to my seat in total amazement. Seeing these colorful culture heritage make me realized that my homeland is very culturally rich in tradition and history.
